1) Brake system is operated by DC voltage. Please check if the DC voltage is accorded with the voltage standard (90V ± 5%)
2) Check resistance of brake coil, the value is out of the standard, please replace the coil
3) Please check plunger gap is within 1~1.5mm |

|
1)Please adjust the distance between brake drum and pad by plunger adjusting bolt. Please unfasten the bolt until some gap comes out between the drum and pad. Cf.) If brake drum and pad are contacted, the system can be broken.
2) Please check plunger gap is within 1~1.5mm. |

1) If bearing is damaged, replace it.
2) Please check current value, if it is out of the standard range, there will be noise. |

|
Sheave home angle, hardness, weight, and installation status can be the cause of the slip problem.
Please check if current value of motor is within standard value. |

|
1) Move the elevator to the lowest position (until DZD is off) by manual, and change manual mode into automatic mode, then the door is open and keep the status.
2) Turn on the floor Height Learning Run Checking switch, then the measurement will be carried out automatically, and after finishing the process, it will be changed into automatic operation mode automatically. |

|
Improper line terminator resistance setting can be the cause of the problem.
1pc of Line terminator resistance of the car and entrances should be installed on the farthest position from the Control Panel for each.

|
Pollution of cooler or insufficient oil can be the cause of malfunction of cooling system.
Please replace consuming parts. |

[Traction Machine Control Panel] Keep pressure position, not returned ready position. |
|
Malfunction of the valve operating IC on main-board can be the causes of the problem.
Main-board should be replaced.

If #8 dip switch of the timer is turn on, the data can’t be changed. |

Data back-up period is maximum 30days, after reset, check the data, if required carry out reset function again.
If same problem happed within 30days, it is main- board malfunction.

[Traction Machine Control Panel] Error message function is operated properly, but error code, alarm lamp and output contacting point can’t be operated. |

Please check if the error reset terminal is short circuit or not.
After removing the short circuit, if it won’t be normalized, replace timer.

[A/S Policy] Is traction machine’s warrantee period started from the shipment date, or elevator installation date? |

The principle is that the period started from the shipment date, but it can be changed by contracts, or special agreement. |
